I am a specialist in Resource Managment and Local Body Law. My practise is based at Pakawau in Golden Bay but I am prepared to work for people based in the top of the South Island including the West Coast.

Advising Local Government and the public in all matters relating to the functions of local authorities including rates, financial contributions, trees and boundary disputes, roads, reserves, etc.
Hearings commissioner, Mediator and Arbitrator
Experienced hearing commissioner for local authorities dealing with consent applications. I am a qualified mediator and am available for appointment as an arbitrator.

I have a wide legal experience in all aspects of law including Employment Law, Contract Law, Torts, Immigration Law, Criminal Law and Commercial law, Family and Health Law, Insolvency Law and Sports Law.
I am prepared to act for community groups on a reduced fee or legal aid basis.
